In 2001, I found myself adventuring through the picturesque landscapes of the Spanish Costa Blanca, armed with nothing but determination and a background in Physical Education. At 24, I decided to take a leap of faith into real estate, despite lacking any prior experience.
Picture me, pedaling from door to door, persuading owners to entrust their homes to me. Despite lacking a driver’s license, I navigated through challenges with the help of my linguistic prowess—fluent in four languages, I possessed a distinct advantage from the start. The journey wasn’t easy.
From weathering the storm of the 2007 real estate crisis to overcoming numerous hurdles, I persevered. Fast forward to today, and I’ve sold thousands of properties to clients from all walks of life, representing more than 30 different nationalities.
I established multiple offices across different locations and built a team of over 12 dedicated individuals.
Throughout my career, I’ve meticulously documented every step, learning from both triumphs and setbacks. Now, it’s time to share that knowledge with others.
